This working session will bring employers and training partners together to define the courses, certifications, and pathways needed to support both new entrants and incumbent workers transitioning into energy careers.One concept we will explore is a Multi-Discipline Energy Awareness Certificate that can serve high school students, community college students, and adult learners.
