Modern Care is an RN-owned private-duty home care agency serving older adults and families throughout Fairfield County. We provide compassionate, dependable, and flexible in-home support tailored to each family’s needs, including personal care, companionship, homemaker services, respite care, dementia support, transportation and appointment assistance, overnight care, and live-in care.
