Now entering its fourth year, this has become the region’s largest manufacturing, engineering, and technology career event. 

Presented by ReadyCT, the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, and the Southwest Connecticut Regional Manufacturing Partnership — with funding support from the CT Manufacturing Innovation Fund, Good Jobs Challenge initiative, and the U.S. Economic Development Administration.

Agenda at a Glance

Morning: CT Manufacturing Careers Roadshow

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Engage with students (grades 7-12) and educators through interactive exhibits, hands-on demos, and innovation stations. Inspire the next generation of Connecticut’s workforce.

Midday: SWCT Manufacturing Partnership Q4 Meeting (Executives Only)

12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Invitation-only session for manufacturing executives and leaders. Held in the same venue. Separate invites and agenda to follow.

Afternoon: Careers in Manufacturing Expo

3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Recruit job seekers, interns, and apprentices. Meet motivated candidates at all career levels — from entry-level talent to experienced professionals.

Exhibitor Information

Cost:
Exhibitor tables are FREE thanks to the support of ReadyCT, the CT Office of Manufacturing, the University of Bridgeport, the Southwest CT Manufacturing Partnership, and the CT Office of Workforce Strategies.
What’s Included:
One table and two chairs.
Optional Add-ons:
Electricity, extra table/chairs, tablecloth (available to select during registration).
Full-Day Recommended:
Set up once in the morning and stay through the afternoon. Includes a complimentary lunch voucher, workspace access, and optional lab tours (12-3 PM).
Flexible Staffing: Feel free to have different representatives in the morning (for inspiring future manufactures) and afternoon (for filling open positions). Please register your staff as well under your company name.

Space is limited — please register by October 24, 2025 to secure your table.

Session Options (choose one):

  1. All Day: CT Manufacturing Careers Roadshow & Expo (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) – Recommended for maximum visibility. Includes complimentary lunch, workspace access, and optional tours of the IET Lab, Welding, and Robotics areas (12:00–3:00 PM).
  2. Morning Only: CT Manufacturing Careers Roadshow (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) – Engage with students (grades 7–12) and educators through exhibits and demos.
  3. Afternoon Only: Careers in Manufacturing Expo (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM) – Connect with job seekers, interns, and apprentices.
