Southwest CT Manufacturing Partnership, powered by the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, is partnering with ReadyCT to bring manufacturers, students, job seekers, educators and industry leaders together to explore careers, strengthen connections and build Connecticut’s manufacturing talent pipeline. 

9:00 AM – 12:30 PM | Inspire the Next Generation 

Manufacturers are invited to host interactive tables, bring hands-on activities, and send inspiring employees who enjoy engaging with high school students. Help young people discover the many careers available in manufacturing. 

12:30 – 2:00 PM | Southwest CT Manufacturing RSP Meeting

Connect with executives and industry leaders helping drive manufacturing in Connecticut at the SWCMP RSP meeting. We are building the agenda around what manufacturing leaders want and need—tell us which topics and challenges should be part of the conversation. Separate registration is required. 

2:00 – 5:00 PM | Meet Future Talent 

Meet college students seeking internships and full-time positions, along with job seekers at all experience levels. It’s an ideal opportunity for recruiters to build their talent pipelines and connect with future employees.
